Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will contribute to, and be an active participant in the US and Corporate Financial Team. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and accounting functions, including, but not limited to:
Monthly and quarterly financial reporting for stakeholders;
Management of day-to-day treasury function;
Management of A/P, A/R, and Payroll functions, as well as management of the General Ledger;
Implementing and maintaining internal controls with respect to financial policies, processes and procedures; including ability to identify areas for process and efficiency improvements;
Assist with tax compliance and reporting in multiple jurisdictions;
Management of accounting staff, including hiring and development of team members;
Management of annual financial, worker’s comp, and client audits;
Various ad hoc reporting.
Education and Experience:
An accounting degree;
A CPA designation; ideally with 4-6 years’ post-designation experience in a related industry;
Possess a solid understanding of full-cycle accounting for a service company, in an environment with batched processes;
Experience managing accounting functions within an organization of similar P&L scope, scale and complexity;
Experience with Sage 300 (Accpac) considered an asset;
Experience in managing an accounting team spread across multiple geographies;
Experience in working closely with operational management to ensure client needs are satisfied while also ensuring tight internal reporting deadlines are met.
